These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Misheard Phrases (the "App"), developed by BluePeak Studios Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, phrases, artwork, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to BluePeak Studios Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App except as permitted by law.

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, all payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. Prices and availability may change at any time. In-app purchases are typically non-refundable, except where required by law or handled directly by Apple under their policies.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluePeak Studios Ltd and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We may update or modify the App from time to time, for example by adding, changing, or removing features. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
